BANKER’S NNOVATIVE MODELS IN TERMS OF BANKING SYSTEM REFORMING

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of improving the educational process of training specialists in banking in the context of changes in banking system. There is the analysis of the priority courses of staff transformation in banking sector and of distinguished requirements for a future banker, namely the necessity of «soft skills» was proven. There is the revelation of «soft skills» development, enabling future specialists to improve their communication skills and take responsibility. The article shows the importance of humanitarian training for the formation of graduates’ personal qualities. The humanitarian training in domestic economic institutions was analyzed. It was proposed to implement new training programs to cover the whole range of "soft" skills among students during training and strengthening humanitarian component of education.
