Abstract

Diagnostic dilemmas are one challenging situation which even expertise physician experience atleast once in a lifetime. Arriving at a right diagnosis at right time is crucial in achieving the best outcome.It is well known fact that cardiopulmonary complications are often associated to cerebrovascular complications.It is very important to distinguish acute coronary syndrome from reversible neurogenic myocardial injury for appropriate therapeutic management .We present here a rare presentation of case report of patient affected by subarachnoid haemorrhage simulating myocardial infarction admitted to our GMKMCH neuro opd.
