Barriers of agriculture and farm and food processing development in the opinion of inhabitants of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship protected areas

Abstract
Introducing an adequate development strategy in protected areas is important not only in order to maintain social and economic development, but also to preserve the natural environment. The work presents opinions of survey participants, conducted in rural districts in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, dominated by areas covered by legal protection within the range of nature protection. Within the framework of this research inhabitants of the district were asked about barriers of agriculture and farm and food processing development. There were always over 100 respondents of the survey, domiciled in each of 45 analysed districts. The research provided information about developmental barriers of agriculture and food and farm processing.
