BARRIERS TO THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS

The paper deals with the definition of the knowledge management and the importance of barriers in this area. The aim of this study was to exa- mine the subject of the research and the information on existing barriers in knowledge management in the public sector.
