BAYESIAN NETWORK APPLICATIONS IN POWER SYSTEMS ENGINEERING. A REVIEW
Journal Title: Journal of Sustainable Energy - Year 2017, Vol 8, Issue 3
Abstract
This paper is areview of last10years research papersrelatedto the Bayesiannetworks (BN)application in power systems engineering (PSE). The various uses of BN in the PSE have been classified according to: forecasting, reliability, stability, defects, steady stateestimation, other. The paper is structured in three parts followed by conclusions. The first part introduces the purpose of the paper, the second part presents the concept of BN, the third part deals with application of BN in the PSE, the paper finalizing with the conclusions.

ESTIMATION OF TOTAL SOLAR RADIATION INCIDENT ON AN INCLINED SURFACE OF A SOUTH-FACING GREENHOUSE ROOF
Solar radiation is the driving force for the surface energy balance in buildings such as greenhouses. Greenhouses are generally tilted towards the sun in order to maximize the solar irradiance on the surfaces. Precise co...
PROBABILISTIC APPROACH OF STABILIZED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD EFFECTS
Abstract - The effects of the omnipresence of the electromagnetic field are certain and recognized. Assessing as accurately as possible these effects, which characterize random phenomena require the use of statistical-pr...
INFLUENCE ANALYSIS OF NEUTRAL TREATMENT METHODS ON THE PERFOMANCE INDICATORS FOR AN ELECTRICAL ENERGY DISTRIBUTION SERVICE
The paper proposes to present the way through which the neutral treatment method influences the performance indicators of an electrical energy distribution service. In the paper are presented both the calculation met...
THE COSTS ASSESSMENT ON THE SELECTION OF THE THERMAL INSULATION THICKNESS FOR NETWORKS THERMAL PIPELINES
Thermal energy consumers that provide comfort parameters inside buildings and, in particular, domestic consumers assigned to a centralized heat supply system, are currently affected by the high level of thermal losses on...
BUILDINGS THERMAL MODELING
Energy consumption reduction in the buildings sector represents a socio economical, technological and environmental preoccupation which justifies advanced scientific research. These aspects promote the use of differe...
