Abstract
On-line databases regarding the Peutinger map. I. The Peutinger map is the most interesting cartographic document of the Roman world. Unique and containing an impressive amount of information, the map kept today in the National Library in Vienna fascinated over the last century dozens of historians, scholars or amateurs. During the last 10-15 years, because of the easy access to open sources, the Peutinger map became known also on-line. Our article will reveal the most important databases dealing with this map. The specialists who are not familiarized with the existence of these databases will have the opportunity to know where to find and how to access these on-line sources.
