BENEFITS AND LACK OF LOSS OF LOAN TAXES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of features of property taxation, its advantages and disadvantages, mechanisms of application in Ukraine. The approaches of different scholars to the concept of property taxation in the national tax system are analyzed. The author focuses on the positive and negative effects of the introduction of property taxation in Ukraine.
