BIURO SPRAW WEWNĘTRZNYCH KOMENDY GŁÓWNEJ POLICJI – STRUKTURA, ZADANIA, EFEKTY

Abstract
Przestępczość nie omija szeregów polskiej policji. Do walki z nią powołano specjalną strukturę o nazwie Biuro Spraw Wewnętrznych Komendy Głównej Policji. Autor w swoim artykule omawia historię tegoż Biura, sięgnął w tym celu do różnego rodzaju dokumentów, głównie Zarządzeń Komendanta Głównego. Autorowi udało się również dotrzeć do danych na temat budżetu Biura. Jednocześnie opisał rozwój kadrowy tej struktury (ma charakter rosnący), wskazał jakie kryteria musi spełniać funkcjonariusz, który chce w tej jednostce pracować. Ważnym elementem artykułu jest ukazanie efektywności pracy funkcjonariuszy Biura, jakie przestępstwa najczęściej popełniają policjanci na służbie oraz jaka jest skala tego zjawiska. W artykule Autor nakreślił również współpracę tej jednostki z bliźniaczymi strukturami za granicą.
