The purpose of this study is to provide evidence based description of the strength and direction of the relationship between Body Mass Index and menorrhagia for conselling and healthcare intervention. Using purposive sampling techniques, a total of 421 students were recruited to respond to a modified questionnaire. Data obtained were analysed using frequency distribution charts as well as pearson correlation test and presented in figures and tables.
