Bölgesel Migratuvar Osteoporoz: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract
Bölgesel migratuvar osteoporoz, geçici bölgesel osteoporoz ataklarının gezici olmasıyla karakterize bir hastalıktır. Etiyolojisi tam olarak açıklanamamıştır. Kendi kendini sınırlayan benign bir hastalık olmasına rağmen tutulan eklemde ağrı ve iş gücü kaybına yol açmaktadır. Kemik iliği ödemi yapan birçok hastalıkla ayırıcı tanısının yapılması önemlidir. Bu nedenle burada kalça, diz ve ayak bileği tutulumu ile seyreden bölgesel migratuvar osteoporoz tanısı koyduğumuz 54 yaşında erkek hastayı sunuyoruz.
