[b]Opodatkowanie dochodów z kapitałów pieniężnych w Polsce jako jedna z istotnych determinant decyzji gospodarczych przedsiębiorcy[/b]

Abstract
W artykule zaprezentowane zostaną polskie regulacje w zakresie opodatkowania dochodów z kapitałów pieniężnych na gruncie ustaw o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych oraz od osób prawnych. Przedstawione zostaną także wykorzystywane przez przedsiębiorców metody ograniczania ciężarów podatkowych płynących z tego źródła. Podjęta zostanie również dyskusja na temat oceny obowiązujących unormowań dotyczących opodatkowania dochodów z kapitałów pieniężnych w Polsce w kontekście podejmowania decyzji gospodarczych przez przedsiębiorców z punktu widzenia stymulacji oraz korzyści z podjętych decyzji gospodarczych.
