BORDER PROTECTION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION FROM ILLEGAL MIGRATION AND THE WAY OF ITS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article is considered the current state of the protection of the borders of the European Union in the context of the migration crisis, and also is analyzed legal and institutional means of such protection. In the article there are examples of successful implementation of the migration policy for overcoming the migration crisis. The author suggests ways of improving the legal regulation of migration processes in the European Union.
