Abstract
The article analyzes payment systems in Germany, the purpose of which is to examine the peculiarities and the real application of payment services in this country. The analysis covers: Brief overview of payment systems, legal framework, supervision and settling of settlement (settlement) within Germany. Attention is paid to state payment facilities. The focus and analytical part of the article is mainly on payment systems on German territory, and comparative data are presented to illustrate the survey.
