Abstract
From local investigation about building‘s different actors, the object of present study which is coming onwant to characterize constrains on building energy performing devices in building activities. We have to identify the waits and the learning process of different actors in building cluster which promote them in order to analyse stakes and actions process. This project want to speed up the conditions of technical systems and organisation process to maximize energy efficiency in building activities.
