بررسی و مقایسۀ تعادل و انعطافپذیری مردان و زنان سالمند در دامنه سنی 60 تا 79 سال

Abstract
اهداف آمادگی عملکردی مفهومی است که توانایی سالمند را برای اجرای فعالیتهای جسمانی زندگی روزمره با سهولت نسبی منعکس میکند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی و مقایسۀ تعادل و انعطافپذیری مردان و زنان سالمند در دامنه سنی ۶۰ تا ۷۹ سال خرمآباد بود. مواد و روش ها این مطالعۀ توصیفیمقایسهای، ۱۴۰سالمند را (۳۵ مرد و ۳۵ زن در دامنه سنی ۶۰ تا ۶۹ سال و ۳۵ مرد و ۳۵ زن در دامنه سنی ۷۰ تا ۷۹ سال) به طور در دسترس انتخاب کرد که داوطلبانه در مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای ارزیابی تعادل و انعطافپذیری به ترتیب از آزمونهای دسترسی عملکردی و نشستن و رساندن استفاده شد. برای سهولت اجرا، آزمونها در منزل آزمودنیها انجام شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمون T مستقل استفاده و سطح معنیداری ۰/۰۵>P در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها یافتهها نشان داد بین تعادل و انعطافپذیری زنان و مردان در دامنههای سنی ۶۰ تا ۶۹ سال و ۷۰ تا ۷۹ سال اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد (۰/۰۵>P)؛ بین تعادل و انعطافپذیری مردان در دامنه سنی ۶۰ تا ۶۹ سال و ۷۰ تا ۷۹ سال اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد (۰/۰۵>P)؛ بین تعادل و انعطافپذیری زنان در دامنه سنی ۶۰ تا ۶۹ سال و ۷۰ تا ۷۹ سال اختلاف معناداری وجود دارد (۰/۰۵>P) و از سن ۶۰ تا ۷۹ سالگی تعادل و انعطافپذیری مردان و زنان کاهش پیشرونده را نشان میدهد و میزان کاهش در زنان بیشتر از مردان است (۱۵/۷۹- در برابر ۱۴/۵۵- درصد برای تعادل و ۱۷/۷۹- در برابر ۱۲/۶۳- درصد برای انعطافپذیری). نتیجه گیری با توجه به نقش بارز تعادل و انعطافپذیری در انجام بهتر فعالیتهای روزمره و کاهش آنها در مردان و زنان سالمند، تقویت این دو بعد از عوامل آمادگی جسمانی در سراسر طول عمر مهم به نظر میرسد و برای تقویت این عوامل مداخلات ورزشی چندمؤلفهای میتواند بهترین گزینه باشد.
