بررسي تأثیر راهبردهاي مشاوره اي بر كاهش مشكلات روانشناختي دانشجويان جدیدالورود دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهركرد

Abstract
زمينه و هدف: استرس ها يا فشارهاي عصبي در هر محيطي واكنش هاي غير اختصاصي ارگانيسم را موجب مي شوند و ضرورت تغيير و تحول را در روند معمولي زندگي به دنبال دارند. با توجه به اينكه محيط دانشگاه مي تواند حاوي عوامل استرس زا از قبيل دور شدن از محيط خانواده، مسائل مالي، مشكلات ارتباطي و غيره باشد و لزوم توجه و كاهش استرس در بين دانشجويان را مي طلبد، اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي تأثير راهبردهاي مشاوره اي بر كاهش مشكلات روانشناختي دانشجويان جديد الورود (80-79) دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهركرد انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: اين مطالعه يك تحقيق نيمه تجربي است كه بر روي تعداد 40 نفر از 148 نفر دانشجويان جديد الورودي كه به روش سرشماري انتخاب شده بودند و در آزمون اوليه با استفاده از پرسشنامه GHQ-28، نمره 23 و بالاتر از آن را کسب نمودند انجام شد. نمونه ها به روش تصادفي به دو گروه مورد و شاهد تقسيم شدند. سلامت رواني هر دو گروه به مدت 3 ماه بدون انجام هر گونه مداخله ارزيابی گرديد و سپس گروه مورد به مدت 4 ماه تحت آموزش راهبردهای مشاوره ای قرار گرفت و نتايج حاصل از پرسشنامه مورد نظر با استفاده از آزمونهاي آماري ANOVA، t-test و Dankan تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. یافته ها: نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد 1/81% نمونه ها دختر و 9/18% پسر بودند. ميانگين نمرات کل در گروه مورد قبل از مداخله 14/3±60/23، بعد از مداخله 01/3±90/14 بود (001/0P
