BUDGETARY RISKS IN THE GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The basic conceptual approaches to the interpretation of a concept of «budgetary risk» in foreign and domestic practice are described. Basic groups of budgetary risks are determined and their influence on the financial activities of the government is examined. The attention is paid to the gradual management of budgetary risks, which would take into account a social and economic situation of the country and would give an opportunity to ensure timely and full implementation of the state and local budgets.
