Building the Model of Innovative Development of Agricultural Production in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is aimed to explore the conceptual bases of building the innovation model of development of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine at the current stage. In the article analysis of the main tools of State support of agricultural producers in Ukraine in 2008-2013 is conducted. Experience of the European Union countries as to issues of structural transformation of development of agricultural production has been considered. Also experience of developed countries as for State regulatory policy in the structural transformation of agricultural production has been explored. On the basis of learned experience, the main guidelines for a State regulatory policy on innovation structural transformation of agriculture, food industry and the food market of Ukraine have been proposed. Directions for carrying out the system-based and structure-forming changes in the food sphere of the country have been reasoned.
