Business Intelligence in Insurance Brokerage Companies – a Tool for Decision-Makers

Abstract

This paper presents several applications of data analysis software in the insurance brokerage activity, particularly in matters related to the decision-making process. The study is based on a dataset loaded in a data warehouse, and several analysis procedures are presented, from the viewpoint of the managers of such company.
