Abstract
In recent years cardiologists for the treatment of hypertension most often prescribe calcium channel blockers prefer prolonged dihydropyridine derivates. Amlodipine is most frequently prescribed in clinical practice among calcium channel blockers. That is connecting with its pharmacodynamics.
