Calculation of Digital Control Circuits using Scilab Environment
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii "Eftimie Murgu" Resita. Fascicula de Inginerie - Year 2015, Vol 22, Issue 2
Abstract
The paper presents the computing of digital control circuits using Scilab environment. It exemplifies the influence of the sampling time in case of a transfer system described by a PT3 element composed of one PT1 and one PT2 element. For a continuous control system, the transfer function in z is computed and replaced with a digital control system. The presented calculation, done in Scilab, highlights the test responses of the process evidencing the systems performances.

Alternative Design Relationship of Inner Diameter for Fault Approach of Salient Poles Synchronous Machine
In this paper an alternative relationship of inner diameter for design computing on salient poles synchronous machine that take into account fault approach, has been developed. This approach is based on the finding of a...
Appraisal of Salt Crystallisation and Rising Damp Problems in Building
It should be pointed out that salt crystallisation and rising dampness are two separate but interconnected processes. Both of these damages must be understood if damage is to be minimized and if corrective measures are t...
Equilibrium without Friction of a Particle on a Mobile Surface with Bilateral Constraints
In this paper we will study the equilibrium of a particle on a mobile surface in the case characterized by bilateral constraints between the particle and the surface, and the absence of friction. Based on our previous wo...
Teaching Platform for DC Electric Drives
This paper describes an educational platform for teaching DC electric drives. The drive has as objective an efficient system for controlling the speed of a DC motor driven by a chopper. The chopper is manufactured using...
The Quality Analysis of the Thermal Sprayed Deposited Layers by Electronically Microscopy
The analysis performed by electronically microscopy lead to obtain the experimental data under tabular form. A linear chemical quantitative analysis over a 228.87 μm length was made of on a microscopically image at 250x...
