CALITATE ÎN CONDIŢII DE EFICIENŢĂ A COSTURILOR

Abstract
Studiile bazate pe utilizarea cercetării selective sunt unele dintre instrumentele principale din procesul de construire a strategiilor la nivelul managementului instituţiilor universitare, iar colectarea cât mai eficientă a datelor este una dintre principalele probleme pe care le ridică realizarea unor astfel de studii. Rezolvarea acestei probleme poate surveni prin utilizarea metodei de colectare online a datelor necesare, modalitate care implică resurse umane şi financiare mult reduse faţă de varianta clasică. Pe baza unei cercetări selective, efectuate în rândul studenţilor s-a testat calitatea datelor colectate online, prin compararea lor cu cele colectate prin interviuri faţă în faţă. Studiile care utilizează cercetarea selectivă, desfăşurate în mediul universitar în colectivităţile de studenţi, absolvenţi, viitori posibili studenţi, în rândul angajatorilor cărora le vor fi necesari absolvenţii universităţii etc. se pretează destul de bine metodei de colectare online a datelor, datorită caracteristicilor colectivităţilor investigate.
