CAPITAL INVESTMENT FORECAST OF THE RENOVATION OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS FOR HOUSING

Abstract
This article contains a list of possible methods of forecasting of capital investment in the reconstruction of public buildings for housing, proves the possibility and need for each of the methods. The scope of work on the reconstruction of each building block of conventional buildings is defined. The article contains cost estimates of reconstruction of conditional object by each method, conclusions are formulated on the base of the calculations.
