CARACTERISTICI ALE FUNCŢIEI PUBLICE DIN ROMÂNIA

Abstract
Reforma instituţiilor trebuie să reprezinte în opinia noastră o prioritate pentru statul român. Acest proces nu se poate realiza fără o dezvoltare adecvată a funcţiei publice. În articol sunt evidenţiate o serie de caracteristici ale funcţiei publice legate de gradul de satisfacţie a angajaţilor, caracteristicile concursurilor pentru ocuparea şi promovarea în funcţia publică şi mobilitatea pe verticală şi orizontală a funcţionarilor publici. Au fost folosite seriile de date obţinute în urma aplicării unui chestionar cuprinzând indicatori statistici pentru un eşantion de angajaţi din administraţia publică.
