Carroll’s CSR Pyramid: An Epic Philosophy
Journal Title: Journal of Advanced Research in Psychology & Psychotherapy - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility brings Very Big Enterprises, Corporations and Companies under considerable pressure to build public trust and competitive convergence of social and economic benefits in a global economy. The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility refers to move and improve these vital aspects of the responsibility of the company, in various terms like labour, environment, human rights and philanthropic landscape. At the same time, there is still some confusion as to how Corporate Social Responsibility should be defined exactly considering the significance of obligations it prods. It might be defined as that growing model of epic corporate governance which casts at least some responsibility towards stakeholders & shareholders other than many thoughts on converging and intersecting interests.
