Case of Epitheloid Sarcoma Hand

Abstract
60 year old male presented with an ulceroproliferative growth over wrist joint of right hand with history of rapid increase in size of swelling.Radiology of the lesion did not reveal infiltration of the underlying bone. Biopsy of the lesion was done outside and was reported as NHL T cell type without IHC support.
