Abstract
Tuberous Scelrosis is a rare genetic disorder that causes non cancerous tumors to grow in many parts of the body. The signs and symptoms of tuberous sclerosis vary widely depending on where the tumors develop and how severely a person is affected. Here we report a case of a 5 year old child whose primary presentation was with symptoms of hypothyroidism. MRI showed well defined nodular subependymal lesions and Hamartomas involving right temporal, occipital and left frontal regions.
