Case Report: Mounier-Kuhn Syndrome

Abstract
Mounier-Kuhn syndrome also known as Tracheobronchomegaly is a rare disorder of the respiratory airways characterized by marked enlargement of the trachea and main bronchi, bronchiectasis, and recurrent respiratory tract infections. The cause of this disorder is uncertain and the clinical presentation is diverse. It’s usually diagnosed on the basis of the characteristic CT scan findings. We are reporting a case in a 29-year-old man presenting with productive cough with copious greenish sputum of no bad odor for the last month.
