Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the legal nature of partial obligations. It has examined the different points of view of civilized scientists regarding the affiliation or non-parity of partial obligations to obligations with plurality of individuals. Having conducted the analysis, it was concluded that partial obligations are obligations with a plurality of entities.
