Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of legal nature of the juridical category «legal policy». The different conceptions of legal policy are considered. The signs and tasks of legal policy and also a place of new category in the system of science of the theory of state and law are determined. The author’s definition of notion of legal policy is presented.
