Central Hemodynamics Parameters in Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. Relationship with Tumor Necrosis Factor α and Interleukin 6

Abstract

We studied central hemodynamics in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. There were determined a clinically significant aggravation inflammation processes of low intensity (tumor necrosis factor α, interleukin 6), as well as their negative correlation with the structural and functional parameters of left ventricle, indicating a negative role of tumor necrosis factor α and interleukin 6 in myocardial remodeling.
