All nature reserve areas of Kyiv have not only different statuses, but they also vary in territories and collections of taxonomic units, and have their own interesting history. Therefore, they have not only botanical but also historical value. Conservation of unique century-old trees both in the field and at the national level will help to introduce European environmental norms and rules of urboecology into standards of modern life.
