CERTIFICATION OF PERSONNEL AS COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEE EMPLOYEES

Abstract
The necessity of certification of personnel at the enterprise is substantiated. The basic objectives of personnel certification are set. The methodological foundations of personnel certification are revealed. The methodology of certification of personnel at the enterprise is given. Motivational factors of certification of personnel for the enterprise and employees themselves are determined.
