Challenges and solutions facing electronic commerce law in Iranian and convention of the international sale of goods and the future outlook

Abstract

Modern economy is a new phenomenon which emerged during the process of economic globalization and its convergence with development of information and communications technology. During the emergence of this phenomenon, we witness advent of various aspects of electronic economy or even electronic life. Electronic health, electronic banking, and electronic insurance are some examples of electronic commerce in the humans' daily life. Effective contribution to the economic globalization, removal of time and location constraints, facilitating the exchange process, easy and quick access to the information, and optimal allocation of economic resources are among advantages of the electronic commerce. Globalization of electronic commerce is an undeniable matter and joining to this method of trade which facilitates commerce and communications is one of needs of market and trade. In the other words, since quick and easy enforcement of the contracts and reliability of the commercial acts were not provided by civil documents properly, documents with more appropriate functions were inevitably created. This paper is Challenges and solutions facing electronic commerce law in Iranian and convention of the international sale of goods and the future outlook.
