CHANGE RATIO OF BLOOD CELLS AS A MARKER EXPRESSION OF ENDOGENOUS INTOXICATION WITH PERITONITIS

Abstract
In cases of diffuse peritonitis, followed by autointoxication, parameters of blood change significantly. The aim of the article is the improvement of assessment of intoxication in these patients by defining the relationship between mutual proportions of blood cells and the outcome of treatment. The most effective for this purpose is the formula (Er*Tr)/Le, which result falls as intoxication progresses. It is most informative on day fifth to seventh of conservative treatment.
