CHANGES IN BUSINESS PROCESSES OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The theoretical and methodological approach to the changes in business processes of the enterprise when realizing the integrated approach to using the methods of their improvement (combination of different methods where the system of quality management is the basis for realizing cardinal methods and continuous methods are used automatically as its components) has been worked out. The approach being offered is grounded on the basic concepts of the theory of organizational changes (the selection of key changes on BP improvements; the priority of evolutional changes over revolutionary ones; the use of the process approach to management, etc.). A number of standard changes of the process have been developed on the basis of its structure, as well as methodical tools for selecting the changes by the index of effectiveness. When selecting the certain types of changes the problems of business process, the degree of changes on solving the ascertained problems, the priority of changes, and the possibility of their implementation considering the barriers are estimated.
