Changes in Organizational Behavior of Academic Institutions Compared to the Expectations of Their Stakeholders

Abstract
The article addresses the problem of changes in organization behavior of academic institutions which will take place in the near future under the influence of the expectations of stakeholders of these institutions. The organizational behaviors at the level of the entire system, i.e. the structure of organization, organizational culture and system improvement have been subject to special analysis. The considerations indicate that in every area of implementation of new solutions one can face considerable resistance resulting from the specifics of the internal governance of academic institutions.
