Characteristic of financial tools of the stock market at the current stage of implemantation of exchance operations

Abstract
Annotation. Purpose. The article is devoted not only in the characteristic of financial tools which is exist on the stock market but and the process evaluation investment income their on current stage of development economical relations of exchange auctions participants. Methodology of research. The objectives of the articles implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analyses and syntheses, comparison, generalization, observation. Findings. Directions for activation and optimization operation an auction on stock market are developed with the use such financial tools as securities, futures contracts, bonds and also developed model of relations between objects and subjects of exchange operations with using information-auctioned system QUIK which will possibility achieve highest level income by ways implementing auctioned operations with the above financial tools. Practical value. The article substantiates what introduction of propose measures will promote the receipt margin incomes by stock market participants a ways is securities emission, the activation of agreements with operations in calculation futures contracts and through the effective hedging of financial tools at implement exchange auctions. Therefore the main scientific provision of the article can be uses in practice for implementing auctions on the stock market.
