CHARACTERISTIC OF FU NCTIONS OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract
Functions of legal responsibility as concrete displays of functions of the right are considered. It is proved, that such functions are defined by the maintenance, essence, social appointment of legal responsibility. Functions of legal responsibility are considered as mainstreams of influence of norms of last on public relations because of which the purposes are reached and responsibility appointment is shown.
