Characteristics of administrative justice in the works of leading domestic scientists

Abstract
The article investigates and analyzes the basic theoretical questions of administra- tive justice institution in the works of leading domestic scientists. Thesis there is de- termined basic scientific approaches to determine the definition of “administrative justice”, reveals its features and legal content. The necessity of further improving the functioning of administrative justice as one of the legal means to implement the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the field of public relations.
