CHARACTERISTICS OF CRIMES RELATED TO VIOLATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS WITH THE USE OF INTERNET NETWORK

Abstract
In the article the theoretical elements of the characterization of crimes related to violation of intellectual property rights using the Internet. The views of scientists studying the characteristics of crimes related to violation of intellectual property rights are analyzed. It is substantiated that the crimes connected with the violation of intellectual property rights using the Internet have their own specific features, expressed in various kinds of characteristics that make up the characteristics of these crimes, in particular: 1) the criminal-law component: a) the subject of criminal assault; b) the object; c) the objective side; d) the subject; e) the subjective side; 2) the criminological component: a) the state; b) dynamics; c) signs of crime; d) the identity of the offender; e) determinants; 3) forensic component: a) typical ways of committing a crime; b) typical ways of camouflaging a crime; c) the characteristics of the victim; d) traces of crime.
