CHARACTERISTICS OF FOREIGN EDUCATION IN THE UNIVERSITIES IN CONDITIONS OF MODERN EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
The article deals with the tendencies of the development of foreign education in Ukraine, the concept of «foreign language com-municative competence» as the basis for successful professional formation of a future specialist, modern approaches and various methods of teaching a foreign language for students in the universities. Particular attention is paid to optimizing the learning pro-cess of foreign languages in the universities.
