Characteristics of investigative situations during initial stage of investigation of mercenary-violent crimes committed by organized groups of juveniles

Abstract
The article is based on the study of the criminal proceedings and materials of the survey of staff in investigative units, the typical situations of an initial stage of the investigation of mercenary-violent crimes committed by organized groups of minors are highlighted. The relevant system tasks and algorithms of their solving for each situation are defined.
