CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS WHICH INFLUENCE ON THE READINESS OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE TO CONFLICTS RESOLUTION

Abstract
The article substantiates the need for introduction of organizational and pedagogical conditions for future specialists in the social sphere. It is revealed that the following conditions influence the formation of readiness: the formation of a motivational basis of readiness through the introduction of personally oriented learning; systematization of theoretical knowledge by means of information and communication technologies; development of practical skills and skills based on problem-based training and development of a bank of problematic professional problems of conflict-related content; the introduction of training technology to improve personal qualities. Their contents and implementation mechanisms are revealed.
