CHARACTERISTICS OF STATE REGULATION THROUGH FISCAL MECHANISMS

Abstract
In the foregoing article, theoretical foundations of fiscal policy are systemized, arranged by the periods and major principles of scientific concepts of various schools are formulated, their contribution in course of theoretical analysis of state’s functions in economy regulation are defined. The article is also concerned with the characteristics of state regulation of transitive economy with fiscal mechanisms and analysis of the perspectives of various schools of economic thought, including the theories such as mercantilism, classical, institutional, Keynesian, neo classical economies and monetarism.
