Characteristics of the essence, types, stages of concluding administrative agreements

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of application of administrative agreements in Ukraine and improvement of the institute administrative agreements. Legal nature, content, features, problems of performance and issues on jurisdiction of administrative agreements have been reviewed. In this article, author discussed approaches to classification of administrative agrements, characterized features of civil and administrative agreements.
