Characteristics of the main aspects of the implementation of the distribution of goods construction materials industry enterprises through the subject own distribution network

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the study is to analyze the dominant aspects that lead to the realization of the use of its own distribution network of product distribution system. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following research methods: logic and comparative analysis method and comparison groups. Findings. The article deals with the major issues that arise at the industrial enterprises in the process of working with the subjects of their own distribution network. The reasons of occurrence of potential differences in the planning and implementation of distribution, price and communication policy. Recommendations on non-admission of a conflict of commercial interests. Prioritizing the factors that may determine differences producer and its own distribution network entities, the analysis of the theoretical and practice problems of data. Practical value. The necessity of compulsory accounting and proactive leveling of potentially arising problem issues in the establishment of subjects of own distribution network is substantiated.
