CHARACTERISTICS OF THE STATE OF COMPLETENESS PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCY OF FUTURE BORDER GUARD OFFICERS

Abstract
The article presents the method of determining the level of formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of future border guard officers. The developed estimating apparatus and a set of diagnostic methods have allowed us for each cadet to get an objective, individual, comprehensive assessment of the formation of his psychological and pedagogical competence. The study of the real situation regarding the general level of formation of psychological and pedagogical competence at the academy's cadets confirmed our assumption about the insufficient level of its formation and convinced of the necessity of its formation during the educational process, namely, when studying general-military and military-special disciplines. In addition, the article describes the levels of formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of future border guard officers, the corresponding scales of determination of these levels are presented.
