Charakterystyka zasad nowoczesnej koncepcji zarządzania produkcją – Quick Response Manufacturing

Abstract
Koncepcja QRM dąży do permanentnej restrukturyzacji procesów wytwórczych i ciągłego dostosowania działań do zachodzących zmian zarówno wewnętrznych jak również zewnętrznych. W artykule, przedstawiono przegląd zasad kierujących QRM. Podano powody, dlaczego w przypadku niektórych zasad strategia QRM ma duży potencjał w tworzeniu przewagi konkurencyjnej. Zaprezentowano także syntetyczne zestawienie założeń tradycyjnych, reguł QRM oraz opis i porównanie tych dwóch podejść. Quick Response Manufacturing pojawił się wraz z wymogiem szybkiego i elastycznego reagowania na zmieniający się popyt. Lean Management oraz Quick Response Manufacturing uwzględniają konieczność kooperacji z partnerami z łańcucha dostaw w celu dalszej obniżki kosztów, podniesienia jakości oraz skrócenia czasów reakcji. W Quick Response Manufacturing pojawił się dodatkowy postulat dążenia do kompresji czasu oraz elastyczności przedsiębiorstwa
