Abstract
We consider possibility of the chemical process of obtaining crystals of copper powder mixtures -nano, micro dispersion of for reinforcement of polymeric compositions are used as materials for printing 3D thermoextrusion method, is given determination the physic and to mechanical properties of the resulting material, depending on the filler, we offer a method to reduce the porosity of products for the SLS technology, DMLS,investigated kinds of crystal structures of copper (Cu) and crystallization process copper (Cu) with -nano phase in solution H2/O.

Optical Absorption of Chalcogenide Glass Ga2S3-La2S3 Doped with Erbium
The glasses of the La2S3-Er2S3-Ga2S3 system were synthesized from the melted samples which where quenched in to the cold 25% solution of NaCl. Their optical absorption spectra were studied in the range of 1.2–2.9 eV at 8...
Hole Conductivity of Thin Layers of Cadmium Telluride with Li and Ca Impurities
Low-temperature annealing of n-CdTe substrates in aqueous suspensions of LiNO3 and Ca(NO3)2 salts created p-conductivity layers. The estimated concentration of free holes in diffusion layers at 300K is (5-50)∙1015 см-3.
Gas-Phase Synthesis of Carbazole Compounds and Properties of the Films Nanocomposites
Thin films made on the basis of Poly (N-vinylcarbazole (PVCa) doped with acceptor organic and inorganic semiconducting compounds and gold is investigated. It is envisaged that the doping PVCa donor-acceptor compounds in...
Investigation of Crystal and Electronic Structures Features of Hf1-xTmxNiSn Semiconductor Solid Solution
The features of structural, energy state and electrokinetic characteristics were investigated for Hf1 xTmxNiSn solid solution in the range: T = 80 - 400 K, x = 0 - 0.40. It was confirmed partly disorder crystal structure...
The Solution of Applied Problems of Complex Compounds with the d-Elements Central Atoms Surrounded by Octahedral Ligand Based on the Theory of Crystal Field
The crystal field theory as applied to complex compounds of d-elements surrounded by octahedral ligans was described. Ligand field causes the splitting of d-orbitals, which is characterized by the energy splitting Δo. Th...
